REFORMER PILATES

Our Reformer Pilates classes are a fun and dynamic way to strengthen your body! Using both traditional and modern exercises keeps each and every class fun and challenging! Challenge and build your strength, tone, flexibility, balance, core, stability and more! Our classes are an open flow, suitable for all fitness levels with modifications and advancements always available. 

HOT MAT BURN

A high-energy, full-body workout in an infra-red heated room.  Designed to make you sweat, stretch, and strengthen. Combining elements of Pilates and strength training. The heat helps loosen muscles, deepen stretches and leaves you feeling refreshed and empowered (and sweaty!!!)

GROUP FITNESS

A class all about energy, motivation, and movement! These classes will constantly be mixed up between HIIT, circuit training, Tabata and more! A mix of cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises designed to boost your fitness. Whether you're a beginner or a regular, modifications and advancements will always be offered throughout the class.

WARM MAT ALIGN

Unwind, strengthen, and stretch in this full-body Pilates class set in a comfortably heated room. The warmth from our infrared heaters helps your muscles relax and lengthen as you move through a Pilates flow with some elements of strength training - working to improve posture, stability, strength and flexibility. It’s the perfect balance of challenge and calm, leaving you feeling centred, strong and challenged. Perfect way to test the heat and see if it's for you!

STRETCH & FLOW REFORMER PILATES

Our Stretch & Flow Reformer Pilates is a gentle, feel-good class that focuses on lengthening the body, improving flexibility, and moving with ease. Work through slow, controlled movements that release tension, enhance mobility, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Perfect for all levels, this class is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, recover, and reconnect with their body through mindful movement.

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga is a powerful, sweat-inducing practice done in an infra-red heated room to help deepen stretches, detox the body, and calm the mind. You’ll flow through a series of poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance. All while improving focus and releasing stress. The heat boosts circulation, loosens tight muscles and leaves you feeling refreshed and empowered.

POWER BEAT

Feel the burn and the beat! Our Power Beat class is a high-energy, music-driven class that blends Pilates moves, cardio and strength training with rhythmic, upbeat flows set to motivating tracks. You’ll tone your core, sculpt your entire body, and move in sync with the music for a fun, full-body workout that keeps you engaged from start to finish. 

MAT PILATES

Our Mat Pilates classes follow a more traditional flow on the mat using a range of props as well as bodyweight. We aim to improve mobility, stability, flexibility and strength. Open to all levels. A great class to start with if you're new to exercise or recently returning to fitness. 

YOGA

Breathe, stretch, and move your way to a stronger body and a calmer mind. Our Yoga classes combine mindful movement, deep stretching and focused breath work to build flexibility, strength and inner balance. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, you'll leave feeling refreshed, grounded and more connected to yourself.

MINI'S & ME 

Our Mini's & Me classes are open to anyone who needs to bring a little one along to class. Mum, Dad, Nana, Pa, Aunty, Uncle, Bestie - whoever you are to a special little one! We know life can be hard to juggle sometimes so we have added a range of mini's friendly classes so you can still fit your workout in! Look out for "Mini's & Me" next to class names to know which classes are suitable for children to tag along to.

Whether you're just getting started or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our certified trainers create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe, confident and motivated.
