FAQ
What do I need to bring to class?
Grippy socks are compulsory for all of our Reformer classes. If you don't own a pair, we have some for sale at the studio. For our Mat classes you will be required to bring your own mat with you. Mats are available for purchase at the studio, as well as mat hire if you forget to bring yours. For all classes bring along your sweat towel and water bottle - we have a dispenser for you to refill.
What class do you recommend for beginners?
If you are new to fitness or returning after a long break we recommend our Mat Pilates, Group Fitness or Reformer Stretch & Flow classes. All of these classes are a great way to ease your body back into exercise, with modifications always available.
What do I need to wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in! We recommend breathable activewear so you feel comfortable during class. Grippy socks are compulsory for all Reformer classes, and appropriate footwear for our Group Fitness classes. You can choose to wear grippy socks or go bare foot for all of our Mat classes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand last minute things pop up in life, but to make it fair for other clients who might miss out on a class spot, we ask you to please cancel or amend your class booking as early as possible. Any classes that are not cancelled or amended 6 hours prior to class start time will lose their credit or be charged a $5 late cancel fee (for unlimited membership and foundation membership holders). If you do not cancel and do not show up to your class a $10 no show fee will be charged. We hate to do this! So we ask you to please try to cancel or amend within the appropriate timeframe. For any emergency, illness or medical condition a medical certificate will be required for a class credit loss or late/no show fee to be wavered.
